We know that your time is valuable. We will give you a 10% discount on your next purchase (not to exceed $25.00) if your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service.
Warranty Details
Most parts and services purchased at Tiger1 are covered by a minimum twelve-month/12,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first). Certain parts and services carry a different warranty, and some exclusions may apply – see details below. Warranties only apply to parts and service on private passenger vehicles. This warranty is valid at all Tiger1 locations.
Parts that become unserviceable during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge, except as explained below under 'exclusions'.

Lifetime warranties are only valid while the original customer owns the vehicle.
Service Warranty Exclusions
- Batteries are covered by separate manufacturer warranties
- Anti-freeze or clamp replacement is not included in belt or radiator hose warranties
- Air conditioner parts and compressor warranties do not include the cost of refrigerant and of recharging of the air conditioning system
- If parts are required to restore the vehicle to manufacturer's alignment specifications, neither parts nor the labor required to install them are covered.
- The lifetime wheel balance warranty is valid as long as the originally balanced tire remains on the wheel. An additional charge may apply for resetting the Tire Pressure Monitoring System, if necessary.
- Additional brake system components (rotors, master cylinders, drums, all additional labor) are warrantied for a period of twelve months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
- If additional brake system components, including drums, rotors and/or labor, are required to restore the brake system to safe operation, they are not included under the warranties on disc pads, brake shoes, wheel cylinders and/or calipers and all other hardware.
