We stand behind our work 100%. If our repair or service does not stand up to the rigors of the road, we will fix it at no additional cost, or refund the cost of labor performed within 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Tiger Price Guarantee

Tiger1 will match any comparable tire price, no questions asked. Just bring in proof of competitor pricing and we’ll send you home on a set of new tires.

On Time Guarantee

We know that your time is valuable. We will give you a 10% discount on your next purchase (not to exceed $25.00) if your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service.

Terms & Conditions

Any tire that becomes unusable for reason(s) within the manufacturer's control will be replaced, at Tiger1’s sole discretion, with an equivalent new tire if the following terms and conditions are met:

  • There is no free replacement period
  • Replacement coverage is for up to 5 years from date of purchase (proof of purchase required
  • Tire cost will be pro-rated: the fraction of tread wear used is multiplied by Tiger1’s price at date of purchase for the replacement tire. Any mounting, balancing, disposal fees, taxes and applicable service charges will be added to the replacement price
  • Tires worn to 1/16 inch or less tread depth are not covered by this warranty, as they are at the end of their usable life
