For optimum performance, your engine must have clean gas and air delivered to its cylinders, where spark plugs set off rapid-fire explosions. These explosions move the cylinders that drive power to your wheels. Dirty fuel injectors and spark plugs and clogged air and fuel filters can all decrease engine performance and worsen mileage.
